We checked in to the hospital at midnight on Tuesday, June 16th. Cathy received two doses of gel to help soften her cervix (one at 1AM and another at 4AM). By shortly after 4AM, contractions had picked up in frequency and intensity and we started to make progress with dilation. Around 6:30AM the epidural was able to be administered. Dr. Anderson decided to break the water at about 10AM and by 11AM we were ready to push. After about two hours our little man greeted us.
We're thrilled he is finally here!!!!!

Wow Cathy, you moved right along! Great news! I am glad things went smoothly and that Gordon is finally here and healthy and perfect!!! I can't wait to get my hands on him! :) Love you guys!
