But as we have learned during the past year, Gordon never ceases to amaze us. He did fantastic on the trip. We got an early start Friday morning right after he had breakfast and were able to minimize our number of stops. On our way we came across Rolling Thunder. Here is a picture of the motorcylce convo Running for the Wall....so cool!
We drove with the group for approximately an hour (that is probably more to due with the car that was in front of us that would not move along - its pretty bad when the police escorts are waving you on).
Gordon loved it!
We arrived in PA early that afternoon. Gordon was able to help out PaPa with some of the yard work...
He did pretty well sitting with him, until we came out to take his picture then he was done.
It wasn't all work and no play for the little man either....he (well we actually) enjoyed some time in the neighbors pool.
Then it was time to head home...
