A busy day

Well today started out a little rough after a bit of a rough evening. Gordon didn't get to sleep until around 2AM...he likes to take short naps (like 10 minutes) and then awake hungry a lot in the evening. He's a growing boy so what else can we expect and he still has his days and nights a bit confused but is getting better. Anyway today we took him to Cathy's office to visit with co-workers. He of course was awake the entire time in the car on the way there and as we are pulling into the parking lot he falls asleep and continues to sleep the majority of the afternoon despite diaper changes and a feeding (oh how I wish I could eat and sleep at the same time). Anyway our original plan was to get to the office this morning but we didn't make it until this afternoon....all of this has helped me accept that you must go with the flow and planning sometimes has to just go out the window and the "to do" list sometimes needs to be left as to be done.

Despite everything we had a good day and got to visit several friends. And I have to say that Gordon was dressed pretty sharp...the outfit, courtesy of Aunt Gina. And what woman isn't crazy for a sharp dressed man?
